Grace Place, Thailand

We are here in Paradise, namely Grace Place, Thailand. We were welcomed by a committee of 25 smiling children singing "I love you with the love of the Lord." I am hoping I will be able to download some video to this blog here but am at an Internet Cafe that is rather slow.

The whole team is overwhelmed by the love shown to us by these children. We are also so honored to represent our church at the dedication of Grace Place, Thailand. The staff here is wonderful for these children. Their love for God shows in how they treat these children as their own. When I think that these children were considered worthless just a few months ago, when I close my eyes to picture the abuse and humiliation they were forced to suffer at a such a young age, when I imagine the tears they have shed, it brings me great joy to know that they have been rescued and now have a hope and a future. Yes, the Word of God has come true to these children: "Weeping may remain for a night but joy comes in the morning." Morning has arrived in the lives of these precious ones and let's pray that the joy of the Lord will always shine in their hearts.

It is with tears that I finish this post. Thanks, Wooster Grace, for caring.
