We are here!

The team has arrived safely in Belem, we are a bit on the fatigued side, and yet excited as we spend time this evening packing for our first boat trip tomorrow morning up the Amazon river. Spirits are good amongst the team and it´s actually cooled off tonight some, for which we are thankful.

No chance to post any pics just yet as we are still getting settled. Thanks for your partnership with our team, through prayer, support and care.  It´s great to be here reprensting Jesus and the family of Grace.

Talk to you soon,
RAD

Scot Skaggs has put together a few thoughts from the beginning part of our journey. Enjoy his thoghts and feel free to share a post with us. . .

¨After sleeping in the plane all night long as our pilots flew us over the North Atlantic and Caribbean Sea, I woke to daybreak and breakfast being served to all aboard. Once I ate and was greeted by some of our team members I opened the window slide to view my first sight of Brazilian topography.
As my eyes scanned and took in the splendid mountain ranges and countless lake bodies I then started to see houses. Houses occupied by a body, a people group that I´m now curious about.
We as a team want to reach groups, share love, befriend and introduce many to our wonderful Savior, Jesus Christ.

Please pray for supernatural impact and LIFE CHANGING results amidst even our first encounters.
Hebrews 12:2 tells us Jesus is at the right hand of The Father interceding on behalf of our requests.

Pray along with Jesus and our group for the encounters to come.
Scot Skaggs¨
