Hello everyone,
First of all, I want to thank all of the people who have given financially so that we can go on this trip. I also want to thank Wooster Grace for giving so generously so we can have a truly worldwide outreach for Christ. Last but not least, I want to thank Juana Hernandez and Beth Starkey for their tireless work beyond the call of duty to help us with a myriad of details to make this trip possible. Only God knows how much you each do day in and day out to support the work we as pastors do. Thank you!
Now a quick work to all of you: even if you can't go on this journey with us, you can follow us here. We will post here as often as we can, but I must warn you that there will be times when we will not be able to do so, especially when we serving along side the tributaries of the Amazon -- the first leg of our journey. So, please, be patient with us.
I am excited, together with Pastor RAD, to be leading this team. The group is fantastic and the preparation has been great. Come and see us work alongside Brazilians in the regions in and around Belem and Macapa. Watch us teaching English, playing with street kids, and doing all kinds of activities with one purpose in mind -- to draw people to Jesus. Everything we are planning to do will be evangelistic in nature, so we ask you to pray for a successful ministry, for we know that someone in the other realms is not happy that we are working to taken men, women and children away from his captivity.

Hey guys! Praying for you all as you brave the Amazonian heat! Praying for safety, opportunities to abound, and supernatural levels of energy and joy.
Scot - prayed for your friend B.P. today... maybe God will use your stories from this trip to do a work in his life!
